Happy Ending is a romantic comedy film of Bollywood superstars Saif Ali Khan, Govinda and Ileana D'Cruz.This film is directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K and produced by Iluminati Films.

Saif Ali Khan, Ileana D'Cruz, Govinda, Ranvir Shorey, Kalki Koechlin, Kareena Kapoor Khan (Cameo) and Preity Zinta (Cameo) are the star cast of the film.
